We also record when you agreed to be contacted. Please do not send payment details, passwords, API keys, or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your details to review your inquiry, assess a potential match or partnership, contact you about that inquiry, and improve the service. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Sharing and service providers

Our hosting provider processes data to operate the website. We do not publish your inquiry or sell your contact information. If a potential rental match requires sharing your contact details with a rental business, we will ask you before doing so. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and security

The site uses an essential session cookie for forms and administrator sign-in. This version does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics. We use technical safeguards including protected administrator access. No website can guarantee absolute security. Hosting providers may maintain ordinary access and security logs.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiries while they are needed to handle your request or evaluate a partnership and periodically review older inquiries for deletion. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry by replying to a Rentafora follow-up email. You may also submit a new inquiry identifying your earlier request and asking for correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity.

Children and changes

This service is intended for adults arranging rentals or representing rental businesses. We may update this notice as Rentafora develops; the effective date will reflect substantive changes.
